Houserules
House rules:
Please respect the rules: no loud noises, no music after 11:00 PM.
No parties or events are allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.
No other people not listed in the contract may stay in the apartment without the permission of the owner or Mi Alegría.
Pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed with Mi Alegría).
Smoking is not permitted.
If anything breaks due to misuse, it must be replaced by the tenants. If anything breaks due to normal use, please inform Mi Alegría so the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.
