Cancellation conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 12 weeks before arrival: 10% of the total amount.

Within 12 to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total amount.

Within 6 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Reservation changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
